Can we trust the data?
Validate connections and data trust before anything else is interpreted.
About
ALYNTE reduces delivery uncertainty for leaders who must answer customers and the board — with evidence-backed decision context, not another dashboard on the stack.
Origin
Engineering organizations did not lack systems. They lacked a shared way to turn those systems into commitment-level decisions.
Can we confidently deliver what we promised? That question runs from individual contributors through engineering management to the CTO — and it is not answered by another dashboard.
Engineering organizations gained more systems, dependencies, and customer-facing commitments. They also gained more reports, standups, and reconciliation work — while understanding still arrives late.
Done ≠ Delivered. The bottleneck moved from data access to decision reconstruction — rebuilding what scattered signals mean for a commitment, a risk, or a leadership call.
What we built
Truth before intelligence — sequenced so each layer of decision context builds on evidence you can trust.
ALYNTE is a decision layer above the engineering stack — connecting cross-system signals to commitments, evidence, confidence, and action.

Where do we stand?
Commitment position and delivery reality leadership can inspect.
Why are we here?
Evidence-backed findings that explain movement and exposure.
The organization
ALYNTE connects individual work to organizational commitments — so ICs, managers, VPs, and the CTO operate on one chain of context.
| Level | Decision they need | What ALYNTE enables |
|---|---|---|
| IC / Team | Is our work aligned to the commitment? | Traceable context from work to what the organization promised. |
| Engineering Manager | Where is delivery drifting? | Evidence-backed position and emerging exposure — not status theater. |
| VP Engineering | Can we protect the date we promised? | Commitment monitoring, confidence, and escalation context. |
| CTO | What is true about our delivery capability? | Portfolio-level governance and one operational truth. |
Alignment
One evidence base for standups, steercos, and executive reviews.
Accountability
Commitments tied to owners and evidence — not slide decks alone.
Rhythm
Earlier signal → more options → fewer fire drills before customer impact.

Difference
The economic case is not more information — it is less reconstruction and more time to act.
| Typical stack focus | ALYNTE focus |
|---|---|
| System and team metrics | Commitment-aware decision context |
| Dashboards and BI views | Cross-system evidence relationships |
| Status decks and standup updates | Findings leadership can act on |
| Point integrations | One organizational decision layer |
| More charts when something breaks | Earlier understanding while options remain |
