Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ALYNTE's website, platform, and related services. They describe the responsibilities of organizations and users, the rights granted to use ALYNTE, and the rules that apply when using the service.
These Terms are intended to provide a clear framework for using ALYNTE as the platform develops ahead of the December 2026 product launch.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ALYNTE's website, platform, and related services.
They apply to website visitors where relevant and to platform users and customers as applicable. Additional agreements may apply to specific services, including order forms, subscription terms, or negotiated commercial agreements that supplement these Terms.
The ALYNTE Privacy Policy describes how personal information is processed. A separate Data Processing Agreement may apply to customer personal data processing where required or agreed between ALYNTE and a customer.

Third-Party Services
External services connected to or used with ALYNTE, such as engineering systems and other integrations.
3. Eligibility and authority
ALYNTE is intended for organizational and professional use. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and, where you act on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that Authorized Users are permitted to access the Services and that account information provided to ALYNTE is accurate where required.
4. Accounts and organization access
Customers create or maintain an organizational account and are responsible for Authorized Users, including invitations, roles, permissions, and connected systems as supported by the platform.
Users are responsible for safeguarding authentication credentials and for activity performed through accounts they control. Customers remain responsible for use of the Services through their organization and Authorized Users.
5. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription or order terms, ALYNTE grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for the Customer's internal business purposes during the applicable subscription or service period.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated. The scope of permitted use may be further defined in an applicable order, plan, or commercial agreement.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and maintaining appropriate account administration
- Configuring integrations and permissions appropriately
- Ensuring they have the rights necessary to provide Customer Data and connect Third-Party Services
- Complying with applicable law and ensuring Authorized Users follow these Terms
- Protecting credentials and reviewing outputs before taking consequential action
ALYNTE provides information, evidence, analysis, and recommendations intended to support human decision-making. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using the Services.
7. Customer Data
As between ALYNTE and the Customer, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Data. The Customer grants ALYNTE the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide and maintain the Services and as described in these Terms and applicable privacy or data-processing terms.
8. Customer Data obligations
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has appropriate rights, permissions, authorizations, and—where required by applicable law—notices or consents to provide Customer Data to ALYNTE and to connect Third-Party Services, including where Customer Data relates to identifiable individuals within the Customer's organization.
9. Third-party services and integrations
The Services may connect to Third-Party Services, including supported engineering systems such as project management, version control, collaboration, or cloud platforms. The Customer controls whether supported integrations are connected where the product provides that capability.
Third-Party Services remain governed by their own terms and policies. ALYNTE depends on information made available through those systems. Changes, outages, permission changes, or configuration issues in Third-Party Services may affect functionality. Customers remain responsible for their third-party accounts and permissions.
Information provided by Third-Party Services may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, incorrectly configured, or changed by the third-party provider. ALYNTE does not control the operation or accuracy of those external systems. ALYNTE is responsible for representing within the Services what it knows and the limits of that knowledge based on available information.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Gain unauthorized access or interfere with the platform or other users
- Distribute malware or create unreasonable security or operational risk
- Abuse authentication, access controls, or third-party credentials
- Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or disrupt the Services
Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, users must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services, or probe or scrape the Services in a manner prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
11. ALYNTE intellectual property
ALYNTE owns or licenses the platform, software, documentation, branding, designs, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ALYNTE intellectual property to the Customer. Customers receive only the rights expressly granted. Third-party trademarks and systems remain with their respective owners.
12. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, ALYNTE may use that feedback to improve its products and services, subject to applicable confidentiality and other contractual obligations.
13. Privacy and data protection
ALYNTE's processing of personal information is described in the ALYNTE Privacy Policy.
See Privacy at ALYNTE.
Where Customer Data contains personal information and contractual data-processing terms apply, a separate Data Processing Agreement may govern as agreed between ALYNTE and the Customer.
14. Security
ALYNTE maintains security practices intended to protect the Services and information processed through them.
See Security at ALYNTE.
15. Pre-release and design partner services
Some features or capabilities may be offered on a pre-release, preview, or design-partner basis. Such offerings may change, may have limited availability, and may not have the same support or commitment levels as generally available Services unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Generally available Services are distinguished from pre-release or design-partner features in applicable documentation or agreements where relevant.
16. Availability and support
ALYNTE aims to provide a reliable service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, Third-Party Service dependencies, outages, force majeure, or other events outside ALYNTE's reasonable control.
Support commitments, if any, depend on the applicable plan, order, or commercial agreement. Specific service-level commitments, if offered, may be set out in a separate SLA or order terms rather than in these public Terms.
17. Fees and billing
Paid Services may be subject to fees determined by the relevant order, subscription, or commercial agreement. Billing timing, taxes, and payment terms will be as specified in that agreement where applicable.
18. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with the Services. Confidential information should be used only for purposes related to the relationship and protected with reasonable care, subject to disclosures required by law or otherwise permitted under applicable agreement terms.
19. Warranties and disclaimers
ALYNTE will provide the Services in accordance with applicable documentation and agreed order terms. Except for express commitments in an applicable agreement, the Services and Third-Party Services may be subject to limitations, and customers remain responsible for evaluating whether the Services meet their requirements.
20. Decision support, not autonomous decision-making
ALYNTE provides evidence, analysis, forecasts, findings, and recommendations to support organizational decision-making. These outputs are based on information available to the Services and may be incomplete, delayed, uncertain, or affected by the quality of connected data. Customers remain responsible for evaluating the information and making their own business and engineering decisions.
21. Indemnification
Indemnification obligations, if any, may be set forth in an applicable order form, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement between ALYNTE and the Customer. Additional indemnification terms may be included in these Terms when finalized with legal review.
22. Limitation of liability
Liability arising from or relating to the Services may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as set forth in the applicable subscription, order, or enterprise agreement. Provisions addressing aggregate liability, excluded damages, and related matters may appear in commercial agreements or in an updated version of these Terms when finalized with legal review.
23. Suspension of access
ALYNTE may suspend or restrict access to the Services in limited circumstances, such as a serious security risk, unlawful use, material violation of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, or threats to platform integrity. Where reasonable, ALYNTE will seek to provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before suspension, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services or others.
24. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you access or use the Services or until terminated as provided herein or in an applicable agreement. Subscription or order terms may define start dates, renewal, and termination rights specific to a Customer relationship.
25. Effect of termination
Upon termination, access to the Services may cease and subscription rights end as of the effective termination date. Handling of Customer Data after termination is governed by applicable agreement terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable data-processing agreement. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
26. Changes to these Terms
ALYNTE may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required by applicable law. The current version is published at /terms/.
27. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute resolution may be specified in an order form, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement between ALYNTE and the Customer. Where these Terms apply without a separate negotiated agreement, applicable governing law and dispute provisions will be stated in the published Terms when the contracting entity and jurisdiction are established.
28. General provisions
Where applicable, these concepts govern the relationship:
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with applicable orders and agreed supplements, define the agreement where stated
- Order of precedence: if multiple documents apply, an executed order form or negotiated agreement may prevail over conflicting public Terms to the extent specified
- Severability, waiver, assignment, force majeure, notices, and independent contractor relationship
- Electronic acceptance or use of the Services may constitute agreement to these Terms where legally applicable
